Umano Solutions was born from 

 

It started when we (Delia and Helen) met at a coaching master class. Despite our diverse backgrounds and life experiences (Delia is Italian and Helen is South African), we immediately felt a very real connection with each other.

Recognising the value in combining our diverse but complimentary strengths and experiences, after graduating we decided to combine efforts where possible. Our shared vision of creating hopeful, empowered journeys of growth  and human expression guided the evolution of our collaboration, and UMANO Solutions was born!

 

Our connection has continued to deepen over the following years as we have worked with individuals, groups, leaders and teams by drawing on our professional coaching skills as well as our combined prior experience.

We offer coaching and consulting services to clients across multiple global locations, which can be delivered in-person or virtually, depending on client requirements.

 

We absolutely love partnering with our clients to understand their human development vision and designing growth journeys to support these.  As we navigate changes in the world and our personal circumstances, we remain committed to the value that our ongoing collaboration offers.

ABOUT OUR NAME ... 

 

Many people ask us about UMANO and what it means.

​

While searching for a name we wanted to find a word that would capture the essence of who we are and what we do.  Our inspiration was drawn from the Italian word "umano", which means "human" in English. Not only do we think that UMANO Solutions has a nice ring to it, it is also a nod to Delia's Italian heritage and neatly captures the essence of our commitment to developing deeper human capabilities in our world.
